ANA-SCI Consulting LLC (“ANA-SCI,” “we,” or “our”) operates this website at firmstoneconsulting.com. This notice explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website; engagement contracts and client work are governed by separately executed agreements.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name, and the message you choose to share. We do not require, request, or store any other identifying information about visitors. The site does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up on the work you have asked about, and stay in contact during any engagement that follows. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Who processes it on our behalf
Contact form submissions are routed through a small set of infrastructure vendors that act as data processors under their own published privacy commitments:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the form-submission endpoint, and provides Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection on the form.
- Resend delivers the transactional email that notifies us of your submission.
- Reacher verifies that the email address you provided is well-formed before delivery.
These vendors do not use your information for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as they remain reasonably needed to serve your inquiry and any engagement that follows, typically up to 24 months from the last contact. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact information below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We respond within 30 days. If you are a Texas resident with rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, or a resident of any other jurisdiction with comparable rights, the same request channel applies.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set short-lived session cookies strictly for spam protection on the contact form. Your browser may also store standard functional state such as font and image cache entries. No tracking cookies, ever.
Changes to this notice
If we materially change how we handle the information collected through this site, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
