Managed IT services

Managed IT for Dallas-Fort Worth organizations. Fleet management, network operations, help desk, and senior-level support without the full-time headcount.

Senior-level IT operations without paying for a full-time hire.

We manage your device fleet, your network, your backup posture, and the vendor relationships that come with all of it. Every endpoint enrolled, patched, monitored. Every change logged. Every restore tested, not just configured.

Help desk responses come from engineers who can actually fix the problem.

What this includes

Fleet management

Every endpoint enrolled, patched, and monitored. Full inventory, full audit trail.

Network operations

Switches, firewalls, and wireless run as documented systems, not as undocumented tribal knowledge.

Help desk

Senior-level response without dedicated headcount. Tickets close faster because the people answering can fix the problem.

Backup and recovery

Tested restores on a documented cadence. The first time you find out a backup is broken should not be during the recovery.

Vendor management

We deal with your ISP, telecom carrier, and print services vendor so you do not have to.

How this works

01

Scope

A 30-minute conversation about what you're trying to accomplish and what's getting in the way. No sales pitch.

02

Plan

A documented engagement plan with scope, timeline, and a fixed-scope quote. You decide whether to proceed.

03

Execute

We deliver the work, document everything, and stay available for adoption support after handoff.

Frequently asked

Is there a minimum engagement size?
Engagements scale by endpoint count and support hours. Most clients fall between 20 and 250 endpoints.
How do you handle incidents outside business hours?
Critical incidents and security alerts are triaged any time of day or night, regardless of engagement tier. Standard business support runs weekdays; on-call and extended coverage are available as a tier.
What does the onboarding look like?
A documented discovery and enrollment phase: inventory, patching baseline, monitoring deployment, escalation path, and a written run book before steady-state begins.
Can we bring our own tooling?
Yes. We work with most major RMM, EDR, and ticketing platforms.

Let's build something
that actually works.
